The host was great and the location

The location was perfect, only 30 minutes walk from the centre of the Old town. 5 minutes walk from a local beach and plenty of food and drink options close. The balcony is a great size, 6 of us stayed and we weren’t tight for space at all.

Breakfast was not included. The unit had a kitchenette. The apartment/room was exceptionally clean. The host was very nice. He was always available to answer questions and offered advice on what to do and places to eat, etc.
Sometimes there was a glitch in internet, but this was minor. I have no complaints.

Property was in a good location but a little run down. Plenty of space in the apartment with 3 bedrooms. Host was very pleasant, welcoming and full of helpful information. Air conditioning only in the living room, fans in the bedrooms. No parking on site but free parking close by (1 minute walk). No fitness centre as in the description. Supermarket just round the corner.
A little too expensive.
