robbery

We were left outside. The instructions we were send said we had to call, when we did someone picked up the phone who was rude to us and no one let us in. We were standingthere with our sleeping baby in the car and had to find new accommodation in the middle of the night. What a terrible people to do this to guests that already paid. I still need to receive a refund.

Very good

Location is 2 blocks away from the city center. Also close to Sans Souci gardens. Though outside was cold, we stayed in the apartment and it was warm and cozy. We were provided baby crib and it had a clean cattle for warming up water for our baby. Clean cattle is crucial for us when we travel with kids, we had seen some really bad ones even in 4 star hotels. Rewe is basically outside the door 50 meters away.

Carpet is tired and needs to be changed.

Very good

everything was good, stay here for the second time. everything is great, but i would like to suggest a few things - add shampoo and some shower products to the room (there was only soap in the room), also we had an apartment for two and would like a double bed, not 2 single beds pushed together (or is it there was a double bed with two single mattress) but in general its really good place to stay.

Definitely will come there again

Stayed there for one night. Arrive at 6pm or so on the holiday (the reception was closed but the instructions how/where to get keys were sent to us earlier and it was not a problem to find entrance/keys) and left at 10am (reception was open). We decided not to have a breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The location of this hotel is very close to the center of Potsdam and major places of interest for tourists. We did not use public transport as the center is very close (5 minutes walk). One of the entrances to Sanssouci Park is also 5-10 minutes walk away but since the park is huge, one may need to use trams or cycle or longer walk to get to the other side of the park We came by car, the hotel provides parking for free which was very useful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and big (too big) for 4 of us. The room was on the third floor and it had two levels: first level has two (2) bathrooms (each with shower cabin and toilet), huge room (with TV, dinning table and sofa which I think may sleep one or two easily), little kitchen and one bedroom (with two single beds); second level has two bedrooms (one with huge bed that sleeps two and the other one with two single beds). A little kitchen in the room was a huge benefit: we warmed up some food we brought with us and used kettle. Overall, the room can sleep at least 6 easily without any issues and maybe more (if the hotel allows it). We could not find an elevator - I am not sure this building has one (I am not saying that I did not like that as the whole building is quite charismatic) The hotel is on the quite street (at least our windows were). The hotel is literally a minute walk to a supermarket (Rewe?). Stayed in late October; it was somewhat cold and we used central heating which worked perfectly. Overall, the room was (very) good value for money and we will definitely be staying there in the future, and maybe in bigger numbers.

The room we stayed in was on the third floor: we could not find an elevator - I am not sure this building has one (I am not saying that I did not like that but I thought to mention that in this section as well)

Super good, except for WiFi.

Overall cleanliness and cosiness of the room. Everything worked fine (except WiFi - see below). Great that we could arrive later, get into the building through electronic code we received and keys from our room waited us in the property.

The only problem was WiFi. It was very poor at our room (one of top floors). To the extent that it was basically not usable. Not great, quite discomforting. We used a lot of our data. If you don't mind sitting in the corridor, you may not worry about that though.

Good stay. as i expected.

the pension is close to Trem halte It is only 3-4 stop from Postdam HbF. Close to main tourist destinations. Check in is easy. Because we arrive in 8 pm on Sunday (staff ready only until 3 pm on Sunday), we enter the building with number code on main door and find key room on desk. There is staff on week days. Breakfast is basic (bread, fruits, boiled egg, various jam, juice, cofee and tea). I would love to stay again in this pension when coming back to Postdam.

Fairly close to city center!

Hotel needs to be renovated! The spiral staircase was in our room is a hazardess: screw loose on top! Rip off the carpet and let the boards come out. A full-coverage rag is unhygienic!

Recommendable

The location of Apartment is very Central, very quiet, next to a shopping center and two stages from Potsdams main train Station. The room was clean and spacious enough. A recommendable experience.

Our booking confirmation indicated check out time as 11am, but the staff knocked on our door at around 1030am and informed us that we should have checked out by 10am . It would have been Kind to provide such Information in good time to avoid leaving a bad taste of an otherwise Pleasant stay. Unfortunately the kitchen sink was leaking.

Not normal german hospitality

Close to town center

Ordered breakfast, wich the man on the phone said I should fill out a sheet with details about wishes, and it would be brought to the room at the time you entered at the sheet of paper, an hour later than the wanted 8 o’clock it had still not arrived (normally there is a buffet, but because of that, the buffet is closed). And I had to leave. Room was nice and clean, but about midnat the heating started, on full power, and even with an open window to the street, it was hard to ger any sleep. The girl at the check out desk could not care less. I will avoid this place at any cost when in Potsdam

Excellent, central location

We stayed in the family flat at the top of the house and even if the view from th windows was looking onto concrete high-rises and the back of a loading area, the actual location of the Pension is excellent. In walking distance to the city centre and many attractions. Also a supermarket a few minutes walk, open until 10pm. The mattresses were super comfortable, spacious unit for 6 people. Two bathrooms each with a shower, clean towels, toilet paper, soap (no hair dryer). Very clean. Easy access to the building with a keypad and/or key. Did not see anyone at reception to comment about meet and greet. We did not have breakfast at the Pension.

Very poor Wi-Fi reception which was disappointing as I needed to get some work done. The lounge furniture was bulky and very basic but more a question of taste than convenience. No microwave. No hairdryer. No elevator which makes it difficult with heavy luggage to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs
