I had a great weekend at the Hotel, the staff has been very friendly and helpful. They managed to get my room ready three hours before the usual check-in time which was very important for my day schedule. The room was perfect, clean, large, everything looked newly refurbished. The bar/lounge area is also very relaxing, with many tables in the veranda and also in the courtyard. I was happy to use the electric scooters available just outside the Hotel and the tram is a 5 minutes walk and only two stops to the main train station.
Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Stayed in a superior room for 3 nights which had a lovely balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Beautiful hotel in a great central location very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Delicious buffet breakfast with a very good choice. Would definitely stay here again when next in Potsdam.

Location was great right next to the pedestrian areas in town. Breakfast was exceptional, great variety.
