Great location overlooking the lake. Close enough to walk to local supermarkets and into the Dutch Quarter and town. Also walked to the Babelsberg Park beach a couple of times for lake swimming. As a real bonus the Castle's Tiefen See Boat tour leaves from Potsdam Lange Brucke but can drop you off at the jetty near the door to the hotel! Really fabulouls hotel, felt very spoilt.
Apartment was very well provisioned with kitchen appliances and accessories, and was cleaned to a high standard at least twice in the week we were there. Beds were very comfy. They separated a double into two twins for kids on request.
Not much. It is very close to music venues and there were some open air music events on while we stayed but the rooms were surprisingly well sound insulated so it wasn't too loud with the windows closed.

Great apartment with awesome views of the lake. Loved the location. Nice Italian restaurant and ice cream shop near by. Dutch Quarter is great. Loved the area. Wish we could have stayed longer and seen a German play at the Otto Theatre.
Washing machine is available but for small loads only. Great for one or two days worth of clothes.

Big apartment on 1st floor. More or less clean area. partial lake view. fully equipped kitchen.
The air conditioner couldn’t be regulated by us. unfortunately, the weather outside was pretty cold (18-20 degrees). the air conditioner was fixed to just 22 degrees. This was definitely not enough, especially when the floors are so cold! we had a baby with us and we were afraid to catch a cold. The hotel page mentioned bath robes and house shoes but we didn’t get any.
also, there is coffee machine but no coffee to brew, so you better bring your own.
There is no actual lake access, just a view. From the left side its a private territory, from the right side its a restaurant. Honestly, for the amount of money they charge, its not worth it…
