Location is amazing, directly across from parking and at one end of the pedestrian shopping zone. Breakfast was a huge selection of traditional German fare. Short walk to San Soucci palace and garden grounds.

Top location and super friendly staff!. Rooms with inner yards windows are very quiet, as the parking has only 4 places so no traffic at all 😉 Large and comfortable bed.
Cleanliness and room features not at 4 stars hotel level. The Basic category room has a small bathroom, with moving glass door only, that gives you the impression you are in the toilet each time the other person uses it. Not to mention that there is a window between the room and toilet... Limescale and dirt in the toilet and under shower. The chair in our room could use deep cleaning, plus there wers places covered with dust, evidencing that the room is cleaned so so...
Forget about features like USB outputs.
