Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage, doch bei den vielen Angeboten an Hotels in Potsdam würde ich dieses H

Die Lage ist perfekt!

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich zurecht gemacht, Staub auf dem Tisch, im Bad waren die Toilettenartikel nicht aufgefüllt, der Fön klebrig, beim Manager hatte man das Gefühl zu stören, wenn man um einen Gefallen bat.

Sehr freundliches Personal, freundlicher Empfang, alles sauber und sehr schön hergerichtet.

Die Waschbecken sind sehr hoch. zahnputzgläser für kleinere Personen wäre hilfreich

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme

Ein Hotel mit Charme. Endlich mal kein 08/15 Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt. Schöne Aussicht. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Sehr guter Kaffee. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Viele Treppen. Sollte man beachten, wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist. War für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem. Wenige Parkplätze im Hof.

sehr gute Auswahl zum Frühstück, Kaffee per Automat, nicht per kleiner Thermoskanne am Tisch ruhige Lage, etwas abseits vom Zentrum, dies trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar kostenfreie Nutzung ÖPNV günstige Lage zu den Schlössern Sanssouci, Neues Palais, Cecilienhof

für große und etwas "stabile" Personen war das Doppelbett zu schmal Parkplatzsituation - nur 7 Stellplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, ansonsten muss man im öffentlichen Raum gebührenpflichtig parken

Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem kleinen Schloss zu übernachten. Das Stadtzentrum und das Potsdamer Schloss sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Frühstück in schönem Ambiente und sehr viel Auswahl

This is an interesting hotel and I would recommend it with some caution.

Good location, interesting architecture and property grounds. Observatory was very cool. Electric charger was also helpful. Good breakfast.

Staff weren’t particularly helpful, no elevator.

I wish our stay was longer and we had more time to enjoy the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and extensive. The location is great. Very quiet but close to the city centre. I wish we had read about the hotel beforehand and realised they had a sauna. We would have come prepared.

We liked everything.

Lovely accomodations and wonderful staff

Breakfast was tasty and I was happy it was included in our stay. The lavender sachet on the pillows was a really nice touch. I loved the adjoining rooms as we were traveling with children. The staff were so friendly and accommodating as well.

The location is a bit out of the way for folks traveling by train. We walked a long way with our luggage and the bus was not reliable. We ended up paying for a taxi to get to Berlin airport to head home, which cost a small fortune.

Great experience, I love to visit this place.

The breakfast had variety of dishes, always fresh and tasty . The room has very impressive and classic design. We had a plenty of electric sockets, sometimes you really need them.... The service was on good level.

Great stay. thanks a lot

The service staff is very very friendly and helpful. I book the room for my parents, who cannot speak German or Engish. He was very attentive to my parents' needs and made their stay process very smooth. Besides, the room is bright and clean. Breakfast is good. and the location is perfect.

Very beautiful historic property in excellent location for seeing the sites.

Nothing. I think if you had mobility issues it might be difficult to get up the stairs but for us perfect.

Really good small hotel with friendly service in a quiet neighbourhood of Potsdam.

Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Checking in and out was simple. Hiring bikes went really smooth at the hotel. Staff were always friendly and willing to help.

Cleaning times weren't regular.

Nice place and good location

Great Location, breakfast and style, it was a nice place to stay, and the staff were excellent

Very limited parking available and if you miss out you need to pay for parking on the street. We booked and paid for a superior room and got a ground floor comfort room, which was quite small and not comfortable to stay in for more than a couple of days

Amazing place.

The location is amazing, near to Sanssouci Park. Our room was very big ( family room - in fact two rooms, each has separate bathroom), everything was very good quality. The stuff was friendly and helpful. There's a small bar in the hotel, opened till 10.00 PM. Very good breakfast - great choice of food.

Everything was great, but if you have problemu with legs don't take rooms on upper floors. There are many stairs following to them.
