Very pleasantly surprised with both the property overall and the room.

This was our second stay in Panama City, with the first being at a different hotel. While the cost at Villa Palma was a little higher, the difference in quality was night and day and well worth the difference. Definitely one of the nicest rooms and hotels that we have stayed in during any of our visits outside of the US, and if we are ever in Panama City again we will look here first. Highly recommend!

great location and wonderful staff, especially Said who was most kind and accommodating

first room we were given had noisy air conditioning and was a bit noisy. Unacceptable for us.

A wonderful welcome to Panamá!

The hotel is beautiful and quaint. The food at the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very sweet and very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect.

Finding parking is very difficult.

Beautiful property in Casa Vienjo

Friendly and warm service. Lovely property in the heart of Casa Vienjo. Beautiful furniture and decor. The breakfast was lovely but coffee and juices were extra. The water pressure in the bathrooms were fabulous. Overall loved our stay with no complains.

Nice, with potential to be great

The staff who welcomed us and took care of breakfast service/ reception were honestly lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and cool (AC and fan). Comfy bed! Pretty view from the balcony and fun rooftop jacuzzi to chill in for sunset after a long day

The breakfast was underwhelming to be honest, but not a train smash. We had no hot water for a full day- for both morning and evening showers. Very poor water pressure too When being moved to a room with a bathtub, on initial request, we were surprised with an already slept in bed and used bathroom (oops on the housekeeping)

We loved our stay.

Beautifully renovated historic building. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet comfortable room. Hot tub with a view. Nice tasty Breakfast. Super great location.

Superb

Spacious room and large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Nice balcony with side view of the water.

While the lobby is beautifully renovated our room could have used a coat of paint. Also (and outside of the control of the hotel) there was a lot of construction going on across the street that started quite early in the morning.

Overall good hotel and great location, bit pricy but so is the rest of the area

great location, perfect to walk around the old town

no soap (only body milk) in the bathroom, also we had nice room but inside the room was a very tight staircase right when entering which is not super convenient to take with 2 massive luggages

Outstanding hotel with an EXCEPTIONAL staff.

The entire staff was very personable and have OUTSTANDING customer service skills. Anything that you need, they will do their absolute best to assist you. It is very clean and comfortable, and the bed was AMAZING. The food from the restaurant is very good as well. DO NOT HESITATE, book this hotel. I promise you will enjoy your stay here.

I have nothing bad to say at all and I can always find something to complain about.

Exceptional

This is a great boutique hotel in a great locatation in Casco Viejo. Walking distance to everything. The staff here are amazing . They are there for whatever you need. Nice rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. Special shout outs to Sain, Rome, Gabriel, Luis and Lunay. Second stay here and we will stay here again.

Amazing stay at an amazing place!

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, each of their team went extra mile to make us stay comfortably and feel special. Very thankful! Amazing rooms, best sheets of our travel in South America, and great ala-carte breakfast.

Our stay was too short! And we did not know about jakuzzi on the roof until checkout :)

Great staff! Location is in charming Casco Viejo, so it was easy to walk around from the hotel. It felt classy but not too big, the vibe was congenial.

Our room was a bit small but that was fine. It had a faint musty smell, but it's in a tropical climate so, it happens.

Magnífico

The location is excellent - right in the heart of Casco Viejo and the suite is spacious and well decorated along with a beautiful view. The employees were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend to other travelers.
