Not far from Wallingford where we were staying nice bedding comfy bed quiet and very clean - good choice of fruit teas and decaf coffee
There were no complimentary toiletries or welcome gifts ie biscuits

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great to have a fridge to store some stuff in and ample coffee and tea. Nice and private behind a hedge with a little seating area. Parking was easy, provided instructions clear and check in and check out easy
The shower head drooped or at least I did not find a way to make it stay up very well but still lovely shower. Bird had made the outside chairs a bit dirty so had to put some self brought kitchen towel over it. Could have had some dish soap to clean things as we stayed a few days. Then maybe I just did not find it.

The Garden Room has everything you need. The kitchenette is very well thought out. Modern smart and clean design. It’s in a very quiet rural location and was perfect for my event in Henley. The views are calming and the garden outlook is very pleasant.
The room does get hot if it’s been closed up all day. I suspect that’s because of the dark wood on the outside, however there are plenty of windows so once it’s all opened up there’s a nice cross wind to cool the room down.
