A spacious apartment in a great location

Such a charming apartment in a great location. It is really spacious with a big living room. Close to metro stations, and there is a big supermarket right in front of the building. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Superb

Extremely friendly staff, great facilities and nice neighbour that was close to a metro station (Urgell). Any questions or worries were answered immediately and apartment was cool in the summer. The hotel was a short walk from the apartment with lovely bar, staff and pool.

The bedroom in Valeri 2 was hotter as no air con and bed smaller than the sofa bed. Late check-in isn’t recommended.

not worth it

guy at the front door is nice

the furniture is very unclean (the sofas). you can feel and smell the history of the sofas. I booked this room that clearly states it’s a one bed and one sofa bed. we arrived and the sofa bed was pulled out but not set for sleep…and it was filthy…we had to make our own bed and out clean sheets on a dirty sofa. it was so unsettling, especially for $500 CAD a night. Would rather stay with a hotel in the future. the administration sends you a message after booking the property (even if it were months ago) to state how many people will be joining. I did not respond at the time but a follow up message 2 days before the booking would be helpful to remind the guest, especially if it’s going to affect the experience this much. also I don’t understand why the sofa would be pulled out and not made, or why someone would even book this property if both beds were not going to be used? Also, the front door squeaks soooo loud. please get that fixed to not disturb the neighbours.

A very nice apartment in a great location.

you need to collect rather far away, but the check in was smooth and they provide a taxi to get to the appartment.

The heating in the living room is insufficient. The bed is too soft, not comfortable. No window in the bedroom

Geeat location. Beautiful place. Perfect spot for exploring the city. I’ll be back!!

Perfect location. the Aldi opposite was really handy, as the kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast in the morning. The apartment was great. nice n spacious. comfy and really nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel when checking in, were really friendly and the free taxi service to the apartment was a nice touch. people who have made comments about it being a pain to get to and from (for picking up the keys) the metro was super quick and easily walkable. Will definitely be back!

Great location, value for money and good vibes

Apartment had everything you could need, the coffee and tea was lovely and the decor was very cool. Great location within easy walking distance to Las Ramblas (15 minutes or so). We used the hotel Brummell pool and honesty bar during our stay which were both amazing. Would definitely come back to apartments or hotel next time in Barcelona.

Sofa bed a little uncomfy but didn’t bother us too much.

Very good

Good location, easy access to public transport. Free taxi from the Hotel (keys pick-up point) to the appartement. Nice, big flat.

The bed mattras is very soft, should be medium for most of the guests

Don’t go weekends, the manager is off-duty. You’ll get no support if required.

Check-in is on the other side of the city. Hosts were not helpful during the stay. Terrible customer service.

Spacious & stylish apartment in a perfect location

The location is perfect with plenty bars and restaurants nearby, nevertheless, the property is located in a very calm side street, so you won't be disturbed by the sounds of Barcelona's nightlife. The nearest metro station is just a couple of blocks away. The apartment is extremely spacious and well-decorated with some style. Inside of the apartment we found everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The communication was very easy over the chat or whatsapp, the hosts answered quickly and were always ready to help.

We arrived very late at night and had to pick up the keys quite far from the apartment in the hotel Brummell, which was a bit time consuming, but the hosts organized a free-of-charge taxi to the apartment - thank you for that! We came in January, when it was cold outside and it took quite a while to get the huge room warm using the air conditioning.

Disappointing

the location

The floor was really dirty, not at all like the pictures. Not really hygienic. It would be nice if we got some money back because this is not what we paid for. It also said pool and fitness at the APARTMENTS but these are at the hotel so this is also not true.
