The property was exactly as it was published. It was beautiful. We were comfortable and it was just a quick walk to some restaurants. The photos are of my son and his girlfriend. It was her very first trip to France and we had the perfect French breakfast to start it.
The property is on an inaccessible alley, so that was a little confusing when we were trying to find it. But the owners were available and helped us the entire way. Not really a complaint.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse in Paris. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good and a great way to start the day.
The location was especially convenient, as the guesthouse is within easy walking distance of a metro station, making it very easy to get around Paris. It’s a little further away from the city centre, but I actually really liked that. The neighbourhood has a lovely local atmosphere, with small markets and charming streets, and it felt much more authentic and relaxed than staying right in the centre of Paris.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my time there.

Comfortable well air conditioned clean bed room en-suite. Either-down as in bed clothing was clumsy and heavy.
It was market to look like a hotel. It turned out to be a B&B with no reception, lobby or lounging/sitting area.
