Really helpful staff. Super easy to find from the main bus stop to La Fortuna and Nicoya Peninsula. Free breakfast is a big bonus - beans, rice and eggs. The room and facilities were usual hostel level.
The neighbourhood is a little intimidating, but either get an uber or be super careful after dark. They can organise a pizza for you or takeaways can be delivered if you need it :)

The staff were super helpful. They were there ready to recieve me immediately when I arrived late in the nite and left early.
They provided me with my own room and bathroom because of my being older aand offering more private and quite for the same price. Super helpful. I slept really really well here.
the location is very handy for getting transportation.

Cats in the property, staff - they are so nice and friendly!! The design of the facility, many drawings and paintings on the walls, looks amazing! The breakfast made by the staff was also very good and traditional for Costa Rica!
I see the towel is included in the property description, so i think it should be provided to the guests without them asking for it

I loved the cats and the breakfast was delicious
Super uncomfortable mattresses, no hot water in the shower, terrible neighborhood. Stuffy in the room with the door and patio closed, but if left open at night there were mosquitoes. I suggest fans and/or mosquito net or screen doors for the patio so that they can be left open at night. Also individual lights for the beds as the room was pitch black when turning off the ceiling light.
