I loved everything about Nativus. Ana is a wonderful host. The accommodation is excellent value for money; clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was included with my room and was very good.
The location is very quiet and felt safe.
La Sabana park is close by as are buses, taxis and a supermarket. I definitely recommend staying here.

I liked everything about Nativus! A great hostel with a great owner who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and who understands that travelers who speak Spanish but who aren’t fluent (like me) require speaking a little more slowly on her part — I could understand everything she said in Spanish.
It’s a beautiful hostel interior and I liked that the Sabana park is only a few minutes’ walk away, the park is a nice, large, green oasis with views to the very nearby green, forested hillsides.

It’s clean or at least the rooms and bathroom. And it is decorated with love. Comfortable beds. Warm water in the shower.
The staff cannot be bothered and are not engaging with you. They were almost annoyed when I arrived sighing when opening the locked door (after I had to ring 3x) asking me if I had a reservation. They did not want to prepare something for breakfast a bit earlier or the night before for my early rise. It is all very old and old fashioned. The lockers in the dormitories won’t fit any of the two locks I brought with me. The area feels quite unsafe but is located close to ticabus which is nice. Quite expensive for what you get.
