The employees at wild cottages really care so much about making your stay as perfect as possible, by the end of the week

The small details of having eco and sustainable extras such as the soap, aloe Vera gel for sunburn and natural insect repellent were fabulous ! The room was always spotless and the view from the balcony was just a perfect setting for when we wanted to relax in the private pool. We enjoyed spotting the tokay ghekos in the evening and the recommendations were tailored and suited us down to a T.

แอร์วันแรกไม่เย็นค่า วันที่ check out ออก เหมือนโดนไล่เลยค่า สายนิดหน่อยไม่ได้เลยค่า ดูไม่มีมารยาทมากๆ เอาพนักงานมาทำความสะอาด ทั้งๆที่เรายังไม่พร้อมออก ไม่เคยเจอค่า เข้าใจว่าทุกที่มีเวลา check out แต่ ลูกค้าบางท่านอาจมีความจำเป็นโดยไม่เจตนาที่จะออกช้า น่าจะอนุญาตให้ แขกออกสายได้ซัก 15 นาที หรือ 1/2 ชม กลับมาเล่าให้เพื่อนๆฟัง ทุกคนเห็นพรอมกันว่าไร้มารยาทมากๆค่า และไม่ควรมาใช้บริการอีก

Living like a celebrity

Everything from the bedrooms, pool, outdoor lounge and kitchen area was fantastic. We felt like celebrities staying at the Wild Cottages. The staff were fantastic and the room service was very friendly and attentive.

The location is as pathetic as it can get. Entrance through a dingy lane. No life in several kilometres. Can’t even walk

Under powered air-conditioner for a villa of such size. How can a 1.5 ton machine cool such a large room with open-plan toilet / kitchen and full window on one complete side. The owner is rude and asked me to leave immediately. The staffs gave contradictory reports about cooling to the management.

Exceptional

So far our best resort during our stay in Thailand! We loved the concept, the care for the environment and the absolute privacy in the cottages. There was so much detail in everything and the way of handling things was very modern (smartphones in the room to message reception, for example to order dinner to your room). Food was outstanding: no restaurant in the resort itself, but they deliver from a restaurant nearby which also puts emphasis on health and protecting the environment. All in all, it really was the most luxury we had with a lot of nature around us - perfect stay!

The high extra costs of to many products in the room and fridge. Which was explained on booking in on viewing villa and on every wall inside. Was overpriced and not a great welcome. Steep never ending steps up and down was a struggle. Bed gave me terrible back ache

Fabulous life experience

Very comfortable environment. Luxury and natural decorations. Kind and friendly staffs. Multitude and thoughtful services provided. Nice position for travelling everywhere in Samui.

Big, bright and spacious rooms. Nice private outdoor area and swimming pool!

The villa is fantastic! It's bright and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, and the outdoor space and private swimming pool are very brilliant!

The staff didn't feel very warm. They were friendly but didn't seem to enjoy to be asked questions.

The general environment of the room

The saifty of the hotel is really bad and theres no security and the staff leaves at 6pm. The location of the hotel is ok bit the streets are dark no lights and anyone can walk in to the room door. The locks of rhe onsode doors are really old and makes u feel unsafe. There os alot of lizards in the room. The rooms dont have cards to unlock rhe room they have a password that cant be changed

Excellent, would stay again

Four of us fit easily in the villa. The common area is huge and comfy with a big kitchen island, so we decided to cook our dinner together. The bedroom features a full-height glass door giving us a wonderful view of sunrise. The shower area and the sink are spacious. And definitely, the pool is amazing. We had such a great time there.

The supermarket is not so far away but you need to walk up and down the hill. Though it's paid off with the beautiful view from the villa.

Very disappointing for the price

• Nice interior

This is my first bad review ever, but I want to be honest: • The cottages looks nice at first, but in practice they have several shortcomings. Windows and doors are not properly sealed and have relatively large gaps through which insects and animals can easily enter the room despite closed doors and windows. It is also quite noisy due to the lack of insulation. Conversations, engine noise and dogs barking from the parking lot and the street can be heard very clearly at night. • There is hardly any privacy in the cottage. All guests have to walk past the cottage to get to their rooms and from there they can look into the room and onto the terrace/pool area of the cottages. There are no curtains in the rooms which increases the lack of privacy. There is a parking space in front of the terrace, which results in a not so nice view and additional noise. • Unfortunately, we also had very bad experience when interacting with the French owners. Customer service was very unfriendly, uncooperative and snappy. When problems occurred they did not even try to find a solution, but instead denied that there is a problem and blocked all further conversations. A very unpleasant experience. • I would not recommend this accommodation and do not find the price-performance ratio justified. We've had much better accommodation in Thailand, with far better amenities and service, at a lower price. Unfortunately, we were misled by the beautiful photos and the reviews. Customer service was very poor and we didn't have the feeling that the well-being of the guests was the priority here. Unfortunately, we didn't have a great time at Wild Cottage.

perfect getaway for couples. I wouldn’t ask for more.

peaceful atmosphere, nice staffs, the property is eco-friendly and offers organic food. the pool & the view are really nice. I love the fact that the property provides the wireless Harman Kardon in the room. Also love the phone where we can communicate with staffs directly via Line chat with fast response.

the only downsides are early checkout time(11.00) and the fact that there is no doors for the bathroom. might not be so convenient for family or group travelers.
