Beautiful surroundings and views. Bathroom each for the two of us that stayed. Layout was great and balcony spacious. Pool lovely and quiet. Peace and tranquility overall.
WiFi hit and miss. Area was hard to get a taxi back from Bellagio - just a lack of taxis atriums and not a negative of the apartment.

The views are amazing, better than photos on Booking.com. You can walk to Al Corner, great for breakfast coffee and croissants. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but aperativo was perfect with yummy takeaway pizzas. There’s a shortcut to supermarket down steps beside Al Corner. Short drive to Bellagio, loved Varenna and boat trip by Bellagio Boat Service. The pool was so welcome, lovely to relax at and still have views of the lakes and mountains. Balcony was perfect to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks. A great place to watch thunder storms and admire the stunning view.
It would have been good to have enough subbed for the room and a chopping board, minor things!

The apartment looked great and had good facilities. It suits a large family very well. The pool was fantastic and was a real life saver in very hot weather during our stay. Parking garage for our rental car was great. Cozy part of town with small shops and nice restaurants. View from the apartment was great.
Sadly, there was no air conditioning and we couldn't manage the heat of the apartment using the window shutters, but that's probably our fault/inexperience for that kind of system. The temperature was at a steady 29-30° inside the apartment and we eventually had to move to a hotel nearby that had air conditioning.
The apartment is a bit of a walk from downtown Bellagio which would be OK apart from the scary roads that you have to walk on (i.e. no sidewalks for a considerable part of the walk), but that's not this apartment's fault.
Had to take down a few cobwebs and spiders inside the rooms and bathrooms, but that's understandable for Italy :)
Some soap for the bathroom sink would have been nice and we had to buy dishwasher soap (which we left for future guests).
