Decent location for St Ives. Well taken care of by Rodney.
The room was small for what we paid. Should have size listed on advertisement as that would assist greatly.

A short walk from the centre, with parking and just across the road from a coop.

Double room conveniently located on the ground floor - a nice clean en-suite (the extraction fan was noisy but bearable). A T boat was available and sufficient for our stay (2 days) TV & WIFI facilities available - parking was a big plus taking into account the time of the year (summer) - outside parking was mayhem - we used A1 and Ace Cars to get back from our visits in town (£5). Rodney is a good chef and produced a fine breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
Uplands B&B is situated on the Main Road into Town - plenty of traffic noise during the silent hours - we closed the front windows to alleviate that issue but we had to leave an access door open to circulate air because the room became very warm - a blackout curtain is available to be pulled across the open door - we were a bit apprehensive about leaving the door open to the parking area but we were assured by Rodney that it was safe to do so.
