Nice clean and comfortable, near to the train station, centre and beach. Beds very comfy, slept very well. Good sized studio with separate living room, bathroom and kitchenette. Could have comfortably stayed longer, was sad to leave. Will definitely book again next time I come to St Ives. Danielle was very accommodating and provided me with extra towels as requested.

. Freezer needed defrosting. Not an issue though as I didn’t use it, but did notice freezer was leaking occasionally due to this. . Needed to use the dehumidifier and empty it frequently to keep room dry. . I struggled to get my key out of the lock box on arrival, but I rang the doorbell and was assisted with this and shown to my studio.

Great view and good position. Parking included for some rooms and a few nice treats in the room. Lots of storage space

Surface clean but few other cleaning issues - just a room - no breakfast included and no way of making food - little over priced for facilities available. Room smelt badly of cigarette smoke in the day despite being a no smoking guest house
