Location! So close to everything
Slightly thin walls, so could hear neighbours talking and showering. Hard to sleep

This is an excellent little guest house directly in the centre of St Ives, less than a five minute walk from the beach/main shops. It was comfortable and clean with lovely facilities. The staff were amazing and accommodating. It is perfect for a long weekend by the sea, highly recommended ☺️
