The location is perfect as is the look and slightly old fashioned feel to the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the view out to the terrace and harbour were stunning.

- nice beds
- close to harbour and supermarkets
- guy at reception was incompetent: took 10min for check-in and forgot to tell us we had to go to the next building (or that there was a spa and fitness room); instead we searched and had to return to ask
- poorly soundproofed; you hear every cough from the neighbour
- the feel of rooming in a back alley
- breakfast should be included with the price
- this is 3-star room being sold as a 4-star room
