Room was nice, pool was excellent, location was good, breakfast was good. Free parking is available but there are only limited spaces and you can't book one. Staff were great (if you got the right person - see below). The young Argentinian lady running the pool bar and doing breakfast was lovely as was the young French guy on reception.
Dirty towels. Left the first pair outside on the landing to be changed and they were replaced with equally dirty ones. Took those down to reception to get them changed and got the wrong person....we felt like we were causing an inconvenience to this particular individual on a few occasions. She was 'too busy' on a couple of occassions when we needed to ask for something. We couldn't converse in French and I appreciate English wasn't her first language so I'll be gracious about it and we found it kind of funny rather than rude. But even though we weren't paying 5 star money it wasn't a budget hotel and I would generally expect things to get sorted out without the attitude. Even if you are busy, just a 'no problem, just give me 5 minutes and I'll get that sorted' works amazingly well everywhere else.

Great location, private secure parking (not under cover nor can it be booked in advance). Very clean, great breakfast.
No in built air conditioning in the bedrooms, so during the very recent hot weather the night was very hot. To be fair to the hotel there was a portable a/c unit but it wasn’t enough.

Right in the town square. Beautifully modern inside. Third or fourth time we’ve stayed and the staff have always been warm and welcoming. The breakfast is varied and generous.
