Good location right in the centre of the town. Gorgeous shaded rear garden gives a great place to eat. Food was good and staff friendly.

Wouldn't recommend staying here at the time that we did when the fair visits town! In fairness they gave us notice of this and gave us a room at the rear. The noise however was quite intrusive and carried on until the small hours .

Great location overlooking the main square, very comfortable bed, modern. We definately recommend this place to have a wonderful stay in Castellane.

The hotel is right in the middle of Castellane. It is a traditional small town hotel but with all the modern facilities. There were 22 of us on a driving tour and we decided to have our evening meal there. We hadn't booked the meal in advance but suddenly staff appeared from seemingly nowhere and provided us with a beautiful three course meal. The staff were amazing, in particular the receptionist/barman who couldn't do enough for us. Our room was large and comfortable with a good en-suite bathroom and breakfast in the morning was excellent. There is a lovely terrace at the rear of the hotel to socialise and parking close by. Ma Petite Auberge was the best hotel on our tour and everyone said they would definitely spend more time in the area and at this excellent hotel.

On arrival, we found them welcoming; the rooms are good and the beds comfortable. The evening meal was superb and breakfast better than most at this level. can’t fault the attentiveness of the staff. Will return. Highly recommended.

The lack of a lift might be a problem for some… but really; a great stopover

Everything was absolutely perfect! Loved our stay! The staff was really helpful and we were given the room keys even after 19 o'clock when the registration was actually officially closed. Great location in a small little town with warm people and beautiful views nearby.

The hotel has been modernized. We had an issue with closing one window. Staff was very helpful for us to correct the situation. It had a complex louvering system. We had dinners and breakfasts at the hotel. The food was very good and the staff courteous and attentive. For us it was also helpful to have parking in the back of the property.

No regrets or troubles at all!
