The Staff are excellent, the Breakfast was spot on and the room very clean throughout literally opposite the train station and a few minutes walk to the seafront.

Great potential being very close to the station. Bedroom was clean. All basic needs were met
I felt invisible to everyone who worked there and the room was very outdated (think 1980s), shower tray did not drain.
It is a pub, with rooms. Great potential to compete with premier inn but they did not take the opportunity to give me a reason to book elsewhere next time.
