Very good location for exploring West Cornwall and a short walk to the centre of Penzance.
The kitchen was great and the dining area, communal but big enough to allow for that.
Lovely view from room.
It would’ve been nice if they’ve been curtains as well as blinds to totally block out street Light.

Nice and clean large room with a big window
Great clean facilities in the shared kitchen parking is easy, late check out at 11 is helpful
The sink in the bathroom is so tiny and it has a glass shelf just above it so it’s difficult to wash or clean your teeth
The shower door , if you close it fully from inside the shower you can not get out,you need someone to open it for you. the water from the shower is very inconsistent either boiling or freezing

Great location and property was very clean.
Felt unsafe as there are no keys and the code for the main door was the same as the room for multiple days, and no other way of locking the room from the inside. Lots of noises in the night, movement in the room above made the ceiling creak, and something made loud noises inside the room periodically, all of which disturbed sleep. Room was connected to the shared kitchen so noise and smells carried into the room, and some guests were cooking later than 10pm. No shower gel or shampoo were provided.
