Reception personnel were not very welcoming.

Clean, maintained and comfy place to stay.
Air conditioner was making some noises, but it was fixed in no time. Besides that all good

The rooms were nice - we had a lounge tier room. When we were dissatisfied, the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us, though we ultimately left early.
Outmoded facilities, lackadaisical and untrained staff, huge with no quite public spaces, poorly stocked lounge
