The staff are a credit to this hotel, nothing was too much trouble,very helpful, attentive and friendly.The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, really tasty and everything was hot,great selection of all breakfast products.The staff made a real fuss of our Cockapoo Daisy May who accompanied us on the trip.The rooms were very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, water and biscuits.The new bar has been finished to a high standard, fittings and toilets are of a high standard, beautiful outdoor area.
The bar prices are expensive for the location,would expect to pay lower prices for the locality.

Wow. A lovely hotel and was spot less. The rooms were exceptional and the staff were superb, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was very good value and so was the breakfast.

It was clean and had reasonably comfortable beds with clean bedding and towels. Good location for a late night arrival off the ferry from Ireland including plenty of free parking. Tea and coffee provision in the rooms was very welcome. Good that gluten free cooked breakfast items were available upon request but no gluten free bread.
Breakfast was quite poor with a very limited help yourself choice and watered down fresh juice in unusual flavour choices. The cooked breakfast was nice and hot, cooked to order but tasted of chip fat and was pretty bland. The place is looking tired and slightly shabby.
