Right next to the public boat stop for Como. Paula the waitress was super kind and made a fantastic range of food. Very friendly staff.
Our room was small but was ok as we weren't in it that much.

The hotel restaurant was superb. Great foods with the most lovely staff full of knowledge of the menu. The staff went above & beyond in serving us. The hotel is located close to the water taxi but takes 1 hour 45 to reach Bellagio. Be aware & prepared of the limited return taxis and study the timetable in advance. Great if you’re heading to Como as this only takes 25 minutes. Lovely little sitting area opposite the hotel to enjoy a drink right by the waters edge.
Disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned, no beds made or change of towels. Hotels interior is in need of an update.
