Our stay was beautiful, enjoyed the food so much
The fact that the facility does not seem to have a backup plan for electricity outage. We had to move out and go to town because there was no electricity, not even at the restaurant

I made a Booking via Booking.com and paid R3674.63 for a Deluxe Room for the period 12/08/2026 to 14/08/2026. I was given Room 102, which is a small room and very much different from what was advertised and reflected on Booking.com. The door in Room 102 broke and I informed reception, upon which I was allocated a Standard Room, Number 125, which are much bigger than Room 102, but still different from the Deluxe Rooms as advertised on Booking.com. It is unfair for me to pay R3674.63 for a Deluxe Room and be allocated a different room (Standard Room), which in fact costs cheaper than the Deluxe Room that I paid for. The Standard Room 125 allocated to me was way bigger than the Room 102 and I appreciate that. However, it was still way different from the Advertised Room of Booking.com and was cheaper in price compared to what I paid, namely R3674.63. Please allocate the Rooms equivalent to what has been paid for. In addition, validate the Rooms advertised against the Pricing to be paid by Customers.

The friendly staff who were happy to serve and make the stay comfortable
The executive suites’s infrastructure is dilapidated they need an an entire revamp. The toilet and shower were the worst, the air con in the bedroom was also old and not functioning. The heated pool was also out of order which was a huge inconvenience for the kids who were looking forward to the warm swim.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds very comfortable. Good location.
Footpaths and stairs from main building to rooms are dangerous, very uneven and unkept. Lighting could be better. My wife and father in law both fell and had multiple cuts and bruises. Reception check in was lovely but checkout was very uninterested. Food was very average, could be better.
