My stay was relaxing.

The breakfast was delicious .The room was comfortable and clean. The staff friendly. The atmosphere relaxing and quiet. The pool was warm and relaxing. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The hotel is child friendly there is a small playground with a swing and slide.

This was my third visit and discount is only offerred for 7 days and over.

I would stay again, however investment in renovating the hotel, will bring in more guests.

The location of the hotel is in walking distance to shope etc. Air conditioning, a fridge, WiFi are perfect additions in terms of value for money. The food provided for breakfast seemed to be based on local tastes, and when I asked for alternatives, they were provided.

The hotel is in need of modernisation. The breakfast arrangement was a little odd in that I was expecting buffet style, not the somewhat "controlled" setting where you were not free to select the amount wanted. The portions were small! Full English and continental breakfast choices will be more appealing to overseas guests. Lastly, please introduce buffet style and allow guests to take what they want.

Ms Brown the receptionist was so helpful and nice to us ❤️ The room and bathroom was well kept, the staff that we had and encounter with was lovely. Breakfast was amazing 💯. The overall experience was great and I would definitely book another vacation here 💯❤️

Amazing staff

I liked the fact that the room was clean and breakfast was provided religiously every morning and they had options. The chef even made me something from scratch which was even suggested by him. The staff was amazing, courteous and helpful. It was a peaceful and quiet environment, very relaxing.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was so small and we had to phone 3 mornings during our stay for the water to be turned back on . The pool also needed to be cleaned, we wanted to swim but didn't get to.

Family stay

The room was clean and place felt homely. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

There was noise outside our window by the pool. It seemed as if there was some gathering with loud music playing which prevented us from sleeping early and we had a toddler . The kiddies slide was dirty. The pool could've been better maintained. The beds were too soft. Needs a second dining chair.

Budget friendly bed and breakfast was satisfactory

Clean and tidy rooms . Breakfast was okay.

Outdated bathroom, restaurant was dark and dingy with water dripping from the ceiling, customer service wasn’t great, kid slide was dirty had to request it to be cleaned which it wasn’t. Our toddlers wanted to play on it during our 4 night stay but couldn’t.

Great value for money and great customer service

We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room and a very delicious Jamaican breakfast. All the staff, from the security, to front desk, to restaurant, were pleasant helpful accommodating and professional. We were very late checking and appreciated that the staff called to make sure we were still coming. The price was quite reasonable, so it was a great last-minute decision to stay here. This was 2-star locale with a 5-star attitude!

Superb

Everyone was ready to assist even wen it was home time. The breakfast specially prepared.; banana porridge, The ackee and salt fish, calalloo, set me up for the day. Thank u chef Was great to return after 5 years to familiar faces too, Bless Charline
