I didn’t know such place excited the place is nasty 🤮 I ask for wash cloths to take a shower I was told there’s none in the hotel the security guard who maned the overnight shift curse me out so badly telling he’s not responsible for none of those things I then ask another guard he hides and didn’t even come to tall me anything that place is disgusting 🤢 and deplorable conditions and I don’t this Booking.com should ever sells that property it’s a way of scamming folks on their hard earn money and base on things happen to me there I think 🤔 I due for a refund of my $178 I stay there from May 19-21 I even planned to call the Jamaica 🇯🇲 Hotel Association and report the matter honestly speaking that place is a dump house I could understand any circumstances tell any one about the hotel to stay there it’s HORRIBLE, using the hot water it runs out in 4-5mins of showering to her bathroom leaks the furniture are breaking down and old the Air condition unit is OLD no gage on the face left open not cooling properly it’s was just a dirty stinky mess of that place I don’t like nothing about that’s place

I so sorry I book that place I need my money back from booking.com my experience there was Horrible that place should not open for business - Period

Ivan the cook was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. We invited friends and went back for breakfast even after we left.

I stayed there over 12 yrs ago and it looked nothing like it was then. The place needs lot of renovation and care. I'm not sure if it's the pandemic why it is in that run down state. But the location is great. The Oceanview is spectacular. Regardless, I would still stay there 💯

Glad it was a three day stay!! For some strange reason I got a notice last week I was a no show ..

No breakfast.... location is awesome, very large verandah! Amazing view of the ocean! Everything is conveniently located! Food options are numerous. I have stayed there several times before.

Upon entering the room the staff that opened and checked the room, went into the bathroom. I believe he put the toilet seat up......it was disgusting!!!! 😖 It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, BUT, it was old and stained, so that was the appearance of it!! GROSS🤢 I never sat on it.....

3/5 worth the money but not exactly

The location was very convenient. View from our balcony was breathtaking.

Air conditioning in our room did not work. The room was a little dirty as well. It did not look well-maintained. Moreover, the pool was closed.

The views were breathtaking and the location is excellent as it is 2 minutes to the town centre where you are able to locate restaurants and other amenities. The staff are also quite pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is dated which needs serious updating and the rooms need to be cleaned properly. There were cobwebs everywhere and dirt plastered on the wall of the balcony. It is such a shame because the view and location are suberb. The steps to climb in the sea are very slippery and dangerous...this can easily be cleaned. This place needs new management as it has huge potential.

This was the first trip to your facility and the experience was very nice.From the front desk staff at checkin to the ho

centrally located to all the attractions and very quiet and intimate. The staff was war m friendly and approachable.

I was a bit disappointed that the pool was not available. I am hoping that when we return next year we will have access to the pool area and the outdoor bar.

Dirty room!!!!, AC doesn't work, bed and bed sheets filthy, bed very unstable n falling apart, washroom filthy, outside of property extremely unkept, free WIFI only available in lobby which hardly works, very poor service
