Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, view of castle from honeymoon suit
Loved it! But was a little tough to get into the little town where all the restaurants and stuff were - very close to castles though. Very limited spa hours.

Honestly the best hotel view of the castle and an epic breakfast! Annette and Jess are amazing hosts and so happy to help. They can book castle tours right from reception so no need to stress about doing it all online. Underground parking with direct room access was well appreciated. We couldn't have been happier, even my 19 y/o son was impressed and couldn't stop talking about the hotel, he was more impressed with that than the castle experience and he loved that. Do a walk up to the castle at night, you have it all to yourself! Total value for money, well priced for the location thats for sure!
That I nearly booked elsewhere.

We love this cute little hotel and the friendly and helpful staff. We could see the Neuschwanstein Castle from the bed of our room (Romantic Suite) and had a wonderful balcony with direct view of the castle. Breakfast was great and parking very comfortable - they have a parking garage and a outdoor parking lot behind the building. Only 5 - 10 walking minutes to the ticket counter, the bus and the horse carriage for visiting the castle.
We were there many times with our customers and friends and will certainly come again and again and again.
See you next September :-)
