nice attention to detail in the rooms, clean and comfortable
the restaurant wasn’t open which we weren’t made aware of when we booked, and there were no breakfast provisions despite breakfast being specifically included in the room rate. there were no staff on site when we arrived at 4pm (which is when we had indicated we would arrive), and no one in the morning first thing (we had to leave just after 8am).
