It was a comfortable stay overall - the staff were fantastic - very helpful - meals were great too both in the lounge and breakfasts - room was comfortable - I appreciated the shuttle service for prayer.

Everything was superb. The service was exceptional and seamless. Staff were always on hand to attend to my every need. To top it off, they allowed my request to check-in early without making any fuss or requesting additional payment. That gesture has added so much value to my stay. This will always be my go-to-hotel whenever I’m in Madinah.

I liked the breakfast and housekeeping.
The bathroom had issues of water spilling out of the bathing area. There was no drainage near the sink and it was flooded once you take a bath.
