Great location and quirky decor. It was hot and they had provided a fan which we appreciated.

The food in the hotel was delicious , staff friendly and polite and offered us a free drink due to the errors made whilst they made efforts to speak with booking . Com.
Location is spot on.
The bedding was immaculate , stain free .

Arrived after 8hours travel to find they had issues with the booking they stated I had cancelled however my booking was still live on the app , my friend had booked a double and was given a twin so due to no availability we had to share !
The room itself was outside and up some metal stairs , it was a small twin room and very warm !!
The cleanliness of the room was poor we found hair in the plug hole of the bath, grime around the taps , marks on lampshades and dust all over the counter tops etc ( the dust probably comes from the old chimney breast)
We just had to laugh at the bad situation .
Going up the stairs was fun whilst linen bags were being tossed down ! Gotta love health and safety haha .
