Stunning property, with outstanding interiors and maximum comfort. great location in tambourine with beautiful forest walk right outside the door. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and bathroom and baths great! Hosts were so welcoming and available for any enquiries. beautiful breakfast with the birds. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely wonderful experience!

Helen and Peter were amazing. They let us check in early as we had arrived earlier than expected. We had both breakfast options during our stay and they were honestly the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Lots of options to choose from. And the music playlist they had playing during breakfast was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were amazing, very soft. The private bathroom was very spacious. The spa bath was superb. I am 5 foot 8 and was able to stretch out completely with room to spare. Shower pressure was strong, and the shower itself was huge. The private balcony was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was completely sound proof which was great. They had undercover parking and the grounds themselves were flat and everything was easily accessible. The property and surrounding areas were breathtaking. Had everything I could want and more and will definitely be back if I’m ever in QLD again.

We intend returning with friends to see the attractions we didn’t get time to see.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Sanctuary B&B. The hosts, Helen & Peter, are the loveliest people. They’re extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The attention to detail in our suite was amazing, we didn’t want for anything. The amenities are spot on and so very clean. The position of the property is great. We walked to shops and cafes as well as the rainforest circuit. It’s the best B&B we’ve stayed in.

Truly a Sanctuary on the Mountain

The location and accommodation were exceptional, comfortable, and in such a beautiful quiet place. Having breakfast looking out over the garden and watching the birds was the perfect start to each morning. The room itself was comfortable and well-furnished. The hosts were fantastic and exceptionally hospitable. Will stay there again when in the area next.

perfect weekend get away

Peter and Helen were wonderful friendly hosts, engaging, welcoming and so helpful. the property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and spotless. the room was very cosy, with great facilities and well equiped for any needs. I only wish we had time to stay longer. this b&b would be ideal for an out of state traveler, as the hosts are extremely helpful,and update boards daily with things to do, weather forecasts etc on those particular days. could not recommend enough

A beautiful place to stay, lovely hosts and would stay again!

The room was private and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and you felt very welcome. It was easy to get to locations. The spa bath was great. The hosts added little special touches like champagne for our wedding anniversary.

Amazing weekend away! Can't wait to come back

We loved this B&B. Cannot recommend it more highly! Helen and Peter were very accomodating and thought of everything. The room was beautiful and clean. They provided excellent hospitality. It was the little things that really take this accomodation to the next level. The spa bath was spacious equipped with candles and lighter. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing. It was the perfect weekend away! If I were to be really picky, having a free powerpoint close to the beside table available to charge your phone overnight without unplugging the lamp would be ideal. But really, who needs a phone alarm when you're on holidays.

Had a relaxing holiday!

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, well equipped, has great view and a nice spa. Breakfast is nice too. I like that they provide different choices of coffee capsules and I really enjoyed the outdoor dining area!

Fabulous place to stay with all the luxuries, highly recommended 👌

Location was amazing, off the main road to give you peace and quiet but not far from all the main attractions. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Gardens are gorgeous, and it was lovely to see the local native birds feeding right outside the windows whilst eating breakfast. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast, and will be staying here again.

Wonderful!

Imagine a place where you could feel in touch with nature from the comfort of your home, this is what Helen & Pete created. I've stayed at Palm Groove room with my husband for 5 nights and we absolutely loved every minute of it, the perfect place to relax, enjoy a book and connect with nature. The room is cosy with a large spa bath, balcony and comfortable bed. We loved the breakfast, every morning with fresh fruit salad, croissants and delicious warm omelettes and hashbrows made by Pete.

The only problem we had was that the time passed too quickly, we wish we had booked more days!! We are def coming back soon.
