Matt & Ann are incredible hosts! We felt so welcomed by them, nothing was ever a hassle, and we felt instantly at home and relaxed. On top of that, it is a great guesthouse with everything spotlessly clean, the room super comfy (& large!), with everything really easy.
I'm not sure you can improve on perfection!

Восхитительное место! Комната большая, светлая и уютная. Удобная кровать, всегда чистое и свежее постельное белье, комната прекрасно обставлена, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Прекрасный вид из окна. Ночью тихо.
Расположение очень удобное, до пляжа 5-7 мин. Вся необходимая инфраструктура рядом - рестораны, массажи, аптеки, магазины.
Мэтт и Энн замечательные хозяева, очень гостеприимные и добродушные. А бургеры, которые нам готовил Мэтт, лучшие, что мы пробовали в своей жизни. Еще там были чудесные домашние питомцы, которые встречали и радовали наш взгляд каждое утро.
Очень довольны жильем, еще обязательно сюда вернемся. Всем рекомендуем.

We spent 4 very pleasant nights at Skipper’s. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness, Ann works very hard to keep the place absolutely spotless. Our 2nd floor, front facing room was very spacious and had a usable balcony. The room itself was well equipped with a full size fridge and a table/chairs for those who wish to dine in. There were also simple , thoughtful things, like a bottle opener and a wireless speaker. The location was perfect for us, 10 minutes to the beach, close to numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc. Whilst we were only one block away from the busy strip, there was no noise. Thanks to Ann, Matt and their charming pets’ for a very enjoyable stay. I recommend Skipper’s 100%.

Great location, close to the sea (we rented a motorbike), cleanliness, very stylish and polite hosts, and, of course, two dogs and a cat. Thank you so much for the nine nights we spent there.
