​I had a brilliant five-night stay at Living Room Guesthouse. After a long trip from Melbourne and arriving late at night via the Phuket Smart Bus, it was the perfect place to settle in. ​The guesthouse is small and personal with only five rooms. My room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable double bed, excellent air conditioning, and a private balcony. I particularly appreciated that the room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and being supplied with a large 1.5-litre bottle of water every day was a massive help for staying hydrated at the beach. ​The hosts, Craig and Pim, are incredibly friendly and hardworking. There was a slight mix-up with my room on the first night as the previous guest hadn't checked out, but Craig handled it brilliantly. He was very apologetic, put me in a clean room for the first night, and offered a refund for that night plus a credit for the cafe. He even moved my luggage to my booked room on the third floor while I was out at Kata Beach the next day. ​The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk to Karon Beach and very close to the Phuket Smart Bus stop, which is great if you don't ride a motorcycle. There are plenty of great food options and fruit vendors nearby. While there is live music across the street on some nights, it usually wraps up by 11:30 pm and didn’t bother my sleep at all. ​Moving from hostels to a private room for this trip was a great decision, especially having the space to wash and dry my swimwear. It’s excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again. ​Pro-tip: Don't forget to try the Thai pancakes from the street vendors just nearby, and make use of the daily water bottles provided so you don't have to lug them back from 7-Eleven!

A tulajnak mindig volt egy-egy jó szava hozzánk. Minden nap takaritottak, ágyneműt is cseréltek. Nagyon jó helyen van, közel mindenhez, gyalog elérhető minden, mégis egy csendes mellékutcában.

Хорошее расположение в центре пляжа Карон, не дорогая цена, чисто все работает, есть все необходимое. Очень ответственный владелец всегда на связи, мгновенно реагирует на просьбы, заселяет раньше если есть возможность. Внизу его кафе с разнообразным меню и доступными ценами, все вкусно. Всего 5 номеров, соседей не разу не слышал, хотя все занято было.

Единственное бывает шумно до 0-00, от соседнего отеля Ротана, там в некоторые дни живая музыка. Но такая ситуация в центре в основном везде, если нужно тишины, надо жить намного дальше и дольше ходить на пляж придется
