Wow!.. that is the best way to describe our New Year's Eve experience. The staff, the holiday decor, the food and atmosphere of the modern elegance steeped in historic Italian architecture was simply a once in a lifetime moment to behold. My friend and I feel very fortunate to have been so charmingly welcomed and looked after by the entire staff.

beds uncomfortable, room temp was 25.oc had to keep ringing reception to get air con on, it had broken so they moved us.. but room was just as warm and still a faff ringing reception… the new room had a skylight and blind was broken so was very bright to sleep in, walls thin could hear everything

very austere. dark corridors & rooms. not enough lights or mirrors in bedrooms. inside bar area large, not welcoming - no atmosphere. outside pool & seating nice. if you’re arriving from the station - 20 minute walk with cases not easy.

The property was very well maintained, modern and extremely clean.

It would have been helpful if the reception had more information regarding the nearest bus/train stops

Hotel has an outdoor pool, spa, good breakfast options, nice and helpful kitchen staff.

The receptionist wasn't too helpful. Could do with some training and communication skills.I felt it was all about money and less informative about their services. Carpet had spills everywhere.

The help desk staff was helpful , quick response and positive. The breakfast was good enough and the waitresses were helpful.

The room. Was not maintained well. Fridge was full of drink choice but not working(cooling). The room temperature (maybe due to roof suite positioning) was not cooling down (despite the staff declared to have make it happen after i asked for) . I opened the windows( noisy outhere) to cool the temperature down. It was a central comanding and not “In room self command “. The toilet aspirator was not working. The towel warming radiator was not working.

The staff are absolutely friendly in this hotel, they always go the extra mile for the customers, however the breakfast girl i think she was Chinese in the morning shift is NOT friendly at all - but everyone else made us feel very welcomed! Especially the 2 guys who worked at dinner service - 1 from Mali and i think the other was the manager location was not too far from center and they also book a taxi for you for only 10 euros

attention to design detail not as good as it could be; lighting generally too dark and upstairs spot lights shone into eyes. No coats hooks by the door.
