About this condo rental
Nestled in Sint Maarten, this charming condo for $183 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Bora Bora Condo will seduce you with its refined decoration as well as its high-end furniture surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. It is located on the beach, between palm trees, sea view, 30 meters from the Caribbean Sea at the Beach Club of Nettle Bay. The entire unit is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. A separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The condominium is equipped with an electric blind and electric shutters. Near the unit you can find restaurants, a pizzeria, a French deli (where you can eat or order meals) and a supermarket are located a few hundred meters from the entrance. Another (larger) supermarket 2.5 km away (better with a car, no pavement). You can park your car inside the residence, free of charge - important for car rental. The residence is equipped with cameras and guards who patrol all night. There are four swimming pools in the residence, and two tennis courts. When our guests arrive, we take pleasure in explaining the island, our customs and helping our guests with reservations. There are shuttles to Saint-Barthelemy and Anguilla from the Marigot ferry terminal. I also take care of car reservations. You also have the adjoining Moorea Condo (2/3 pers.) with the same services. Both Condos can be rented together.

We’ve been trying to get back to St. Martin for 10 years and finally made it. The Bora Bora was everything advertised and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! Rachel was wonderful to assist with anything.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Bora Bora. Rachel was a wonderful host and helped us several times when needed. The condo was spotless and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the BBQ. The outdoor space was right on the beach and by the pool. Lots of places nearby to visit on the island.

Everything was better than expected. The townhouse is even nicer and clean in person. Restaurants and grocery all walking distance from the main unit. No need to even leave the property as you have everything you need there. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The Condo's location is perfect, and there are restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket, and even a gas station very close. This is a gated community with a lot of security, although not needed based on our wonderful experience. Pictures or videos don't do justice to such a beautiful and modern Condo with stunning views. It's newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable, great kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great pools and an outdoor deck area with an awning. The place is spotless and the internet connection is great. Rachel is the best host anyone could ask for, and we felt she treated us like family. We visited many places during our stay in the island, and will not consider staying anywhere else on our next trip. We cannot wait to return and look forward to our stay again on this Perfect Condo!!

If I could give this condo higher than a 5-star rating, I would! This place is amazing. The location is wonderful and the condo is beautiful. Beautiful House with a View
We enjoyed our seven-night stay at the Bora Bora condo. The place was spotless and everything looked brand new. The view of the palm trees and water was breathtaking. Awesome outdoor deck area. Everything was as advertised.

L'unite Bora Bora est simplement superbe. Nous avons séjourné dans 4 autres unites au NBBC par le passe et celle-ci est de loin la plus belle et moderne et la mieux équipée. De plus, Jean-Pierre est exceptionnel et dédie a la satisfaction des locataires, de par ses judicieux conseils sur l'ile, ou aller manger, les meilleurs endroits a visiter. Il nous a meme apporte des bougies anti moustiques pour le soir sur le patio, attention que très peu d'hôtes auraient fait. En bref, nous reviendrons prochainement et nous recommandons sans hesitation cette unite.

Great condo/ Great location
My wife and I stood here the week of 5/28/17-6/4/17, the owners Martine & Jean Pierre were very nice explained the condo and gave us travel tips throughout the island. The condo is located in a quite location with a shared pool that we had mostly to ourselves and a beautiful beach overlooking a cove, it is also within waking distance to 4 restaurants and a great bakery. A car is recommended to get to other parts of the island. If you like watching TV there is only one american station CNN there is internet access so that is a plus. Overall our stay was awsome thank you Martine & Jean Pierre.

Great location and very secure!
If you're questioning whether or not to stay here, just book it. You can't go wrong. The place is adorable and a real beach house. While it's not enormous, it has everything you'll need-kitchen, washing machine, pool, restaurants. The only negative I can think of is the beach-not a swimmable beach, but it's still lovely regardless. 24hr security is also an added plus if you're concerned about safety.
We tried all 3 beach restaurants within walking distance and they were all great with The Sand, I think, having the best food. Bakery across the street has wonderful French pastries and baguettes (which we ate a lot of)! Martine & Jean Pierre are wonderful and are there if you need them for anything. Note of advice before coming to the island: get a car-it's the best way to see everything! Thank you, Martine & Jean Pierre!

It was our home away from home.
We have always stayed in the hills over looking the island. This time my wife wanted to stay on the beach in a quiet area. We found it! It was a one bedroom unit. I would call it a town home. It looked out on the ocean. We had another unit above us with no guests so it was as if we had our own home for a week. Our hosts were wonderful people. Marten and Jean helped with everything from introductions to the rental car folks to restaurant suggestions, etc. if I had a question while there ( I had many questions) all I did was email them and within the hour I had my answer.
Upon arrival, there were refreshments in the frig!
My only suggestion would be to add ONE more pillow on the bed. It's a king size bed and my wife and I sleep with 2 pillows each and there were 3. We wrestled every night for the third pillow. 😍
Other than the pillow, our stay was fun!

Nous étions de passage pour une semaine à Saint-Martin, en provenance de Montréal en Mars 2017. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Jean-Pierre et Martine. Le condo était propre et très bien rénové et bien équipé également (vaisselle, wi-fi, mobilier intérieur et extérieur, chaise et parasol pour la plage, serviette de plage et pour la salle de bain, air climatisé, machine à laver...). Très sécuritaire également. Beaucoup de plaisir, une semaine magnifique.

A week in Paradise
We had a wonderful time in St. Martin and we loved staying at Bora Bora condo. Martine & Jean Pierre were great to work with and the condo was well equipped, clean and in a great location. Everything was as they advertised. We spent most of our time lounging on the many beaches of this great island. It was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and return to in the evening to relax outside with a glass of wine. The view was from our porch was beautiful. We totally recommend this condo and working with Martine & Jean Pierre. They were very helpful with suggestions for activities and car rental. When we go back we will contact them. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

Magnifique voyage
Mon conjoint et moi avont passé 5 jours de rêves a st-martin. Martine et Jean-Pierre très sympathique, nous ont chaleureusement accueilli. Le condo était impeccable et l'endroit magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal et à proximité de tous les endroits à découvrir sur l'île. Nous recommandons fortement ce petit coin de paradis. Excellent holiday in a Carribean paradise
We spent a lot of time finding out the best accommodation for our two-week holiday in St. Martin – for our family with two children we preferred a quiet apartment close to the beach for a reasonable price. And after homecoming we can say: we’ve found it! Staying in the Bora Bora Condo is really like being in a paradise :-). Situated directly on the beach it provides fascinating views of the white sand and the turquoise sea through the green palms – that’s why we consider this condo much better than some others situated 0 m from the sea (well, directly on the coast you can watch beautiful iguanas from the table, nevertheless in front of our condo we used to meet small crabs in the night, lizards by day and even a hummingbird). We also appreciated the short distance to parking place when carrying food-bags purchased in our favourite (and biggest) supermarket Carrefour (NL). There are more white condos around the swimming pool, though we enjoyed the full privacy on our terrace and (in August) there were only few people using the swimming pools and the best (and the only) part of the local beach available for swimming. Also snorkeling around the small rocks was a deep experience for us.
The condo is perfectly equipped, including basic food and drinks in the kitchen for starting the stay here, cleaning articles, enough towels, electric sockets for all our el. devices, high-quality and efficient AC, good gas grill, fast internet, everything very clear and nice. Night sitting on a comfortable terrace makes a refreshing ending of the sunny day.
Jean-Pierre and Martine are very kind, friendly and helpful people, who care for their condo(-s) as well as for their guests with a big enthusiasm. They recommended us a car rental nearby and it hadn’t any mistake! (car in the best conditions, good price including full insurance, transport to the airport when flying away). We didn’t believe it but a car in SXM is really needed – for shopping, discovering the island (visit of the highest mountain Pic Paradis is a wonderful trip), reaching the Maho Beach for aircrafts-watching…
If we ever return to St. Martin then only to Bora Bora Condo :-). Thank you, Jean-Pierre and Martine.

Perfect vacation!
We enjoyed our stay at the Saint Martin Bora Bora condo very much. The condo is well equiped, has nice location in the resort, close to the pool and nice part of the beach. The unit was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions regarding Saint Martin. They even arranged all equipment needed for a 6 months baby, as we were there with two smal kids. We will refer it to our friends and will spend there another vacation.

Magnifique Condo
Nous sommes partis 12 jours avec nos 2 enfants de 5 et 10 ans. C'est un endroit paradisiaque, le condo est magnifique, très propre et très bien décoré. Il ne manque rien.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Martine et Jean Pierre qui vous donnent toutes les informations nécessaires sur l'Ile et les bons restos et toutes les choses à voir.
Vous pourrez aller sur la plage de l'Anse Marcel, ou encore sur l'Ilet Pinel (Magnifique...) sans oublier le Pic Paradis
Pour les dîners il y a Le DREAM'S juste à côté du Condo, le SAND ou la MEZZA LUNA.
Bref n'hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçus!!!

Amazing Condo!!
My fiancé and I (both from Toronto CA) stayed here for 5 nights starting on Jan 28th 2016.
The condo itself is fantastic. Very clean, spacious, well furnished and nicely decorated. It opens up to a large patio with a BBQ which is right on the beach! You can hear the ocean waves as you sit back and relax. Great internet connection and beautiful large pool nearby. Lots of parking available. And very quiet.
The condo location is also fantastic. Aside from the ocean right at your back door, there are lots of great restaurants, bakeries, gas station/convenience store and beauty parlor within a 1-5 min walk. Or a short drive away will take you to Grand Case, Porto Cupecoy/Cupecoy, Mullet Bay, Simpson Bay, etc, etc...
The owners are remarkable people. VERY nice and knowledgable of the area. When we went to a nice restaurant (Ocean 82), they had no tables. But when we told them that Jean-Pierre and Martine referred us, we got a table overlooking the ocean.
Don't look any further - this condo is perfect!
