The location was perfect. Close to everything but it was not noisy. The Spice bazaar, Gulhane Park and Sultanhamet area are all within 10min walk. Sirkeci train station is a 5min walk. They had tea and water available 24hrs a day. The staff was very friendly. You can opt to have your room cleaned daily. We stayed on the 7th floor. The elevator only went up to the 6th floor so we had one flight of stairs to take but it was still awesome as I looked at many places in the area and many didn't have elevators. They had the cutest fluffiest cat always chilling by the lobby area!
The breakfast started at 8:30am which is a little late. It was also repetitive (at least I've had better in Turkey). On the bright side, it is included and you can opt to get out early before the crowds and come back as it is served till 10:30am. The breakfast room is also a little small.

The room looked nice and spacious.
The staff members were exceptionally nice, they helped us resolve a problem with taxi..
Despite us informing the administration that drawers were dusty and there was some hair inside; the toilet seat did not look neat, the next cleaning session was still on the surface level…
