Pas grand choses mis à part la proximité des lieux à visiter ! Tout pratiquement peut se faire à pied !
Les chambres. Étant Genius 2 je devais etes surclasser se ne fut pas le cas. J’ai du re négocier à la réception une chambre plus spacieuse ! Les lits King size n’existe pas dans cet établissement comme stipulé par l’une des personnes a la réception, du coup le descriptif sur booking est faux. Le petite dej n’est pas incroyable, hôtel laisser à l’abandon. 6eme etg en réparation. Piscine rikiki ! Personnel du spa non souriant très froid! Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel orka.

Frühstück ausreichend. Personal war mehr mit sich beschäftigt. Streitereien zwischen den Mitarbeitern vor Publikum im Frühstücksbereich. Lage ist gut. Zentral gelegen und man kommt mit Fähre, Bus oder der Bahn sehr schnell überall hin
Sauberkeit der Badezimmer. Silikon und Fugen der Fliesen alt und nicht "sehr" hygienisch. Armaturen auch schon sehr vergriffen. Farbe an den Decken durch Feuchtigkeit fleckig, einmal Farbe drauf und es sieht besser aus.

Entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Haartrockner funktionierte nicht, die Steckdosen hielten kaum, die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können, das Waschbecken war ständig verstopft und es dauerte eine halbe Stunde.

Bilo je kot, da je soba v skladiscu. Celonocni ropot pri prekladanju jeklenk in druge robe ob uporabi vilicarja iz bliznjega skladisca v pritlicju garazne hise. Pogled iz sobe le na zanemarjeno okolico in raspadajoce zgradbe. Razsvetlava v toaleti zelo slaba, neuporabna za britje in sminkanje pred ogledalom. Brisace v razpadajocem stanju. Slaba ventilacija in posledicno slab zrak v wc.
Ciscenje prostorov zelo povrsno, prevleki na dekorativnih vzglavnikih umazani-ze dolgo nista bili oprane. Nobenega razkuzevanja prostora, opreme, enega in edinega kozarca, wc skoljke...
Kvaliteta zajtrka se je drasticno poslabsala od prejsnjih bivanj v tem hotelu. V ponudbi ni bilo vec nobenega suhega sadja in oresckov, nekatere pripravljene hrane, ki je zmanjkala ni bila ponovno dodana. Za dva ocvrta jajca na oko sem moral doplacati 6€. Po 9 uri so bili le ostanki, pa se to ne od vse postrezene hrane na zacetku.
Zelo nesprejemljivo za hotel s stirimi zvezdicami.

Un rideau de douche absolument inutile car trop court et pas assez large.

La mise a disposition uniquement de shampoing. Absence de gel douche, d'après shampooing. J'ai été forcé d'aller acheter un gel douche....

Remek elhelyezkedésű a hotel, emellett barátsàgos és segítőkész szemèlyzet. A hotel nagyon tiszta, és remek reggeli es vacsora van az árban.
A wellness részlegen a jacuzzi és a medence vize nagyon hideg volt, szinte élvezhetetlen.
Emellett nem volt wc kefe a toaletthez.

Morgens um 9:30 Uhr wurde das Frühstücksbuffet nicht nachgefüllt. Auf aufdringen und mehrmals nachfrage wurde es nachgefüllt.

Szuper helyen volt, minden szinte séta távolságra található a szállástól. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt mindenki a szállodában. Szuper volt a klíma a szobában. Finom és bőséges svédasztalos reggelink volt és az esti, "ültetett" vacsi is minden nap rendben volt. A tetőterasz szuper volt és a wellness részleg is egyébként.
Kicsi volt a szobánk és az ágy is. Lényegében egy olyan szobát kaptunk, ami elsődlegesen 1 főre van hirdetve...de lementünk szólni. és némi erősködés után kedvesen kicserélték, és másnap egy nagyobb szobát kaptunk, igaz az az 1. emeleten volt és nem volt természetes fény, ablak a szobába...csak egy kis ablakocska a folyósóra...az kicsit fura volt. És mondták, hogy csak ez van... Ez egy kicsit elrontotta a dolgot sajnos.

La localización es muy buena, el spa en su conjunto está muy bien (bien gestionado, limpio, tranquilo y con buenas instalaciones)
El desayuno podría mejorar sobre todo en lo que se refiere a café y zumos. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación que daba al interior y al lado muchos elementos externos del aire acondicionado, solicitamos que nos cambiaran y nos pasaron a una habitación que daba al exterior pero luego comprobamos que el aparato del aire acondicionado hacía ruido aunque estuviera desconectado, mandaron al técnico y dijo que ya lo había solucionado y a los pocos minutos volvió a hacer ruido, la noche fue insufrible, por lo que pude averiguar era conocido este problema pero nos pusieron en esa habitación. A la mañana solicité el cambio y nos pasaron a otra habitación, en ésta la nevera hacía bastante ruido por lo que la teníamos que desconectar por las noches. Las cortinas de esta última habitación no cubrían la totalidad del ventanal, por lo que la primera hora del día te despertaba la luz natural. La terraza con la piscina es un lugar con unas vistas impresionantes, pero está totalmente descuidada, con hamacas viejas, alguna de ellas rotas, sombrillas rotas y las colchonetas para las tumbonas están muy muy sucias. Mi mujer solicitó un taxi en recepción para ir a recoger una medicación en una farmacia y le hicieron esperar unos 40 minutos, luego le hicieron ir andando a unos 1000 metros en un día muy caluroso para buscar a una persona que estaba en un negocio que al final tenía un taxi aparcado cerca de allí. La estimación del coste del trayecto de ida según google maps era entre 70 y 90 Liras turcas, por lo que ida y vuelta no tendría que costar más de 180 TL, pues le intentó cobrar 680 liras turcas, además iba fumando, sin aire acondicionado y sin cinturones en los asientos de atrás del coche, es decir, que MUY MAL la gestión hecha desde recepción.
Es una lástima, es un hotel que se le podría sacar mucho mejor partido.

Great location with Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya and Grand Bazaar all walking distance, Tram and ferry service nearby which is ideal to get around Istanbul. Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful, special mention for Ugurcan, Mehmet and Emre. Good breakfast, lots of choices with plenty of comfortable seating. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy, house keeping was always at hand and lady working on the 4th floor was always helpful and smiling. Bathrooms clean and modern, pool and spa definately a bonus with both pools, jaccuzzi and sauna free for guests. Wife and daughter also had a massage which was very reasonably priced which they really enjoyed. Overall a great hotel that I definately would use again.
Need an iron in the room as have shared irons across the hotel so not always available.

Breakfast not good. Very poor coffee. Bread was dry and no pastries. Coffee from a machine but instant coffee. Poor service - butter had run out and when I asked for more was told butter had finished for today.

Pool area quite run down and after our first day was empty of water.

Very good hotel. I would like to thank Emre, Kadir, Yasin and Seyma for their exceptional service. Travelled as a family of 14. Some issues initially with parents being put in a room with no window and another room not adequate however Emre quickly moved them to a suitable room the next morning. The cleanliness is to a good standard. Breakfast is OK. Usual eggs, meats, cheese and fruits, nothing fancy. Pool small however kids loved it and OK for a dip after long day sightseeing and choice of 2 pools. Sauna also good. Steam room could do with a revamp. Old looking didn't always work and didn't look clean. Location excellent. Central to all major sight only issue is taxis cannot always get in during busy periods. I would stay here again if visiting Istabul.

The location of the hotel is excellent for accessing different places, although it might not be the best place for taxis to get to. Many restaurants are around the hotel, and many tourist places (and metro) are accessible within walking distance. The room was good with a nice shower and a good air conditioning. The breakfast had a good combination of different choices (fruit, cheese, ham, bread, etc.). The staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is not huge but good enough for kids to have fun, and the steam room and the sauna are small but OK.
I think most of the services and facilities in the hotel can improve by a bit, but that would impact the hotel's quality a lot. For example, the swimming pool, the sauna, and the steam room are nice, but you can always spot a few hairs hanging around or other unsanitary stuff. You can spot wobbly mirrors, unfilled holes in the wall, and other imperfections. The coffee was not great at breakfast. These are mostly easy fixes and won't go a long way, but will bring a lot of comfort and value.
The most bothering part of my trip, which I cannot really blame on the hotel, was that I almost lost my flight, because the taxis I booked with the hotel did not arrive on time, and I had to rush and find something myself. This is partly because the hotel is placed in the center of a tourist area and is difficult to access by Taxis. However, the hotel can at least find a reliable taxi partner for such services in the future.

Room was small but really well laid out and clean. Gym was nice and the spa/pool/hammam was good. The roof terrace and pool was a really nice feature.
Breakfast was not great, but enough choice. None of the staff around the hotel were overly happy or helpful, with exception to the man whom run the spa. The hotel is really nice and has such a good location, it would be nice if the staff were a little more friendly and helpful.
