This hotel was awesome, centrally located in old Istanbul, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Small place, clean, on a quiet side street of the city. Within easy walking distance of all the sights of the city, I would highly recommend.

The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location. It's within easy walking distance of Istanbul's main historical attractions, including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square. It's also conveniently close to tram stations, making it easy to explore other parts of the city using public transport.
The room is well equipped, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather. The only downside is that the room is quite small and feels a little cramped, particularly if you're travelling with family. however, the staff were very friendly.

The hotel’s location was very convenient, with all the main tourist attractions nearby. We were able to walk to most of them.
The staff was very friendly.
The room we received didn’t match the one we had booked. We had reserved a Superior Double Room, but upon arrival, we were given a choice between a room that looked like the photos (but with a Bosphorus view and a higher price) and an older room on the first floor. Since we didn’t want to pay extra, we chose the older room. It felt like a scam.
The ceiling was low and the space was tight. The bathroom had a sliding door instead of a standard one due to the small space.
Noise was also an issue. Guests in nearby rooms had children who were running around late in the evening, and there was noise from outside as well. In the mornings, we could clearly hear people talking beneath our window.
