Our stay in Mallorca was absolutely exceptional. From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and even offered us a tour of the beautiful grounds. The hotel itself was spotless, extremely well maintained, with amazing views and a perfect location.
The breakfast was phenomenal — everything you could possibly ask for, with high-quality products and plenty of variety. A special thank you to Gerai, who gave us wonderful local recommendations around Mallorca that truly made our trip even more special.
This hotel gave us much more than just a stay — it gave us a whole experience. We could not have asked for more and we will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay! The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is very calm.
Only point that we missed is a drinking water dispenser

Disappointing stay ! I had high expectations for Es Riquers, especially after seeing the beautiful photos online, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The pool and breakfast area are new, attractive and well maintained, but I cannot say the same about the main building and our room. There was a noticeable old, musty smell throughout the main building, and the rooms felt dated and in urgent need of renovation.
Pros
-The breakfast was lovely, with fresh, good-quality and varied ingredients. They also prepare eggs to order, which was a nice touch.
-The pool area was new, clean and pleasant, with comfortable sun loungers and beautiful views over the olive trees.
-The property has a lot of potential.
-The lady who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming.
-The room we stayed in felt neglected. The furniture had an unpleasant smell, and the mattress, pillows and duvet cover all felt like they were of very low quality. The air conditioning also smelled dusty.
-The small outdoor terrace had not been properly cleaned. The sun loungers placed on the terraces appeared to be old ones that had previously been used around the pool. They were faded and yellow, which was disappointing. New loungers would make a big difference.And PLEASE remove the artificial grass, it looks so bad !
Overall, it felt as though there were two completely different hotels: one modern, attractive and well presented, which is the one shown in the advertising, and another older section that urgently needs renovation.
-We were also surprised that guests are charged separately to use the sauna. For a four-star hotel, it would be much more welcoming to include this facility in the room rate.
-The sun loungers around the pool were positioned very close together, and the pool felt quite small for the size of the hotel. The decking area facing the olive trees could potentially be extended to create more space. On our first day, every sun lounger was already occupied.
-The staff working around the pool and breakfast area did not seem particularly welcoming or happy to be there, which affected the overall atmosphere.
-For the price we paid, we have stayed at much better properties on the island. The photography used in the advertising is very attractive, but unfortunately, it does not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. In my opinion, the hotel would benefit from investing less in photography and more in renovating the older rooms and main building.
Es Riquers has a beautiful setting and plenty of potential, but significant improvements are needed before it offers the experience guests may expect from a four-star hotel.
