Beautiful apartment in an elegant neighbourhood close to public transport

We loved the location. Set in an elegant neighbourhood, the apartment itself was spacious with beautiful colourful tiled floors, comfortable furnishings and effective air conditioning. It was close to transport and great food options and easy to reach sightseeing around the city. We’d highly recommend it.

The air conditioning was intermittently noisy but everything else was great.

A great location but Habitat Apartments Eixample Balconies need renovating.

The location is great. The building has character.

It is very tired and needs updating. Needs fitted sheets on the beds. Flat sheets don’t work. AC unit in master bedroom was very noisy so had to turn off and night and then was too hot, so not great sleep. Washing machine didn’t always drain. Cheap appliance.
