The location is absolutely fantastic if you are visiting the Georgia Aquarium as we were—directly across the street. The staff at the hotel were kind, attentive, and very helpful.
There is no way to pull a vehicle up to the front of the hotel, because it is directly on the road with a bike path in front. We went around the block twice before realizing you have to pull into the Valet Parking garage to get into the hotel or unload luggage. Clearer signage would really help. Our Uber drivers also did not understand how to pick up or drop off, since the Uber point sign is in the bike lane out front. The room wasn’t really anything special, and there was no night light in the bathroom, so you had to flip on the full light to see in the middle of the night.

Although employees was very pleasant and helpful. Especially Tye in housekeeper, went above and beyond to help also front desk
The bathroom had a musty odor and it took at least 10 to 15 minutes for the hot water to warm up to get hot

We liked the location because it is close to the aquarium and the bus line is in front of the hotel. The staff are very attentive - they are the best thing about it.
The room was meant to be cleaned every other day. we were there for 7 nights and it was only cleaned twice. The mattress needs changing because it sags where people usually sleep - I ended up sleeping in the centre of the bed which was fine, but if there were two people than it's uncomfortable.
