The hotel is clean and well maintained staff are friendly and very helpful . I work it hospitality so find myself looking for even the smallest details. There was nothing that disappointed me here.
There was nothing I didn’t really like however the spa could do with a little refurbishment not that it was inefficient everything was working and clean it’s just a little dated and the mirrors need cleaning. But that’s me being picky I work in hospitality in operations so I notice these things

The staff in the Chats and the pool were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. Chats is a really nice place for a drink and a sandwich. The car parking is good and access to the hotel easy.
Only one pillow per bed, had to ask for more. Dirty carpet in the corridor to the room. Not the cleanest of bathrooms in room. Wonky toilet seat and hard to flush toilet. Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay, I asked and was told that I had to request the room to be serviced, this was not mentioned at check in, there was nothing in the room to hang on the door to make the request. Quite noisy at night, we had a room with a door that could be opened into the adjoining room. You could actually hear the conversation of the people in that room. Lots of litter in the car park, but that's not the hotel's fault!
