Good location and comfy bed.

Location very good. Breakfast, good quality ham and cheese but cereal and bread not the best. Good pastry choices. Bed comfy but a little small, as was the room. Bathroom and shower small but good water supply.

Challenged by a rather rude receptionist when leaving about not paying for breakfast. The other girl (with headscarf) was very nice and apologised for their error on the invoice. Our arrival was met with humour and a warm welcome but our exit was spoilt by the way we were dealt with.

The location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The Reception staff were abrupt and unhelpful. The whole hotel and facilities were dated.

Excellent we wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay in the hotel again.

We booked a twin room and when we entered it was a suite.... super location. We walked into town and there was a fiesta. We ate in the square.

we didn't ask if there was evening meals available and we weren't told there was.

Nice friendly hotel with super clean rooms. Great staff. Good location. Nice and quiet. Safe and secure parking.

I would like to have had time to stay longer. Theres a lot to see in Teruel.

The breakfast was good but they do not serve hot food. Their coffee was excellent, as was their staff at the breakfast room.they were friendly. The location was very good, and they had their own private parking. The room was clean.

The rooms were so small and outdated. The bathroom was too tiny. The staff in reception were not as welcoming.

Nice hotel in a good location with secure parking for our motorcycles. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, in a lovely town.

Third visit but standards dropping

The location is ideal for a 1 night stay en route further north

Staff at main desk were hardly cheerful. Café had no cold beer on tap - caña. Coffee at breakfast was not hot.

Value for money. Wine and water included with dinner is a great feature.

Choice of dinner menu could have been better. It was better on our previous visits.

Quiet room at the back. Reasonable walk to town. A few local cafes (including Granier for breakfast). Free on street parking available nearby.Two lifts. Ok for the price.

Superb

The hotel staff contacted us before hand to give directions as there was building work close by on an access road. There was secure parking at the hotel for 8 euros which was great as the nearby roads were full. The city is lovely and very traditionally Spanish, there was some sort of celebrations going on and there was a number of older ladies doing traditional lace making. Amazing to watch and mind blowing as to how they remember what goes where! There are a couple of tapas/bars close by or you can walk 10 minutes or so into the centre and find anything you want. Staff were great as were the facilities, would definitely stay again.
