No reception had to ring a number and then the person demanded I send a copy of my passport on WhatsApp before he would send me a code to open the door. I’m 83 and not great at this game. Anyway the accommodation was okay!

It was an oreable experience, the room stinks and the bed was shaking, I could not sleep it was a nightmar for £78 . Poor
I don't like anything about this hostel he's not supposed to be existing.

I liked the view and the bath.
The pillows were not comfortable at all.

Lacks a small coffee table and two water glasses for drinking. Not sound proof.

Good value for money. Very clean room and bathroom. Easy walk into the centre of the city.
Walls are paper thin... Noise from other guests meant we couldn't sleep, late arrivals, drunken people in the corridor, smell of smoke from rooms etc. Not the hotel's fault but a lack of reception /personnel on site means guests do what they want...

There was no reception, no staff to welcome us, no explanation about how to open the door, get the key etc....

The room and bathroom was clean. Everything as described.
Location rather close to city center.
Very noisy plumbing.
It was noisy enough, you could hear the neighbors and the street.

Room was an attic room on the top floor, suitable only for "vertically challenged" people. As a tall couple we could only stand up in 1/3 of the room and had to stoop while showering. No TV remote.

On booking a very lengthy pre-booking message arrived IN SPANISH. Even my respectable Spanish had a
problem with it......
