Location was convenient but not in the nicest part of town.

Very inflated price due to a music festival in the town. The room was not worth €190 a night as it was just a basic room with no breakfast included, no bar or facilities just free coffee in reception (horrible)
Although there was a fridge in the room we feel some bottled water should have been included especially due to the heat and the price we paid. There was a vending machine in reception but had to pay.
Receptionist on Thursday refused to help us order a taxi saying that she wasn’t allowed which was very frustrating and this was the first place out of hotels all over the world that this has happened! (a different receptionist on the day we left actually called a taxi firm on our behalf!) it appears as though the other receptionist couldn’t be bothered.
On final day only one bath towel was replenished when there were 2 of us although we had left 2 dirty ones on the floor.

Proximity to the city centre, friendly staff, and possibility for parking
I had a bit of an issue with the HVAC, it was to warm for my taste, but couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature. Asking staff on how to do so would have been an option, but I was too tired to take that step. So... too warm was all me.

The staff were really friendly, breakfast was ok but not worth the 11 euros, luckily I did not have to pay as I took the no room cleaning for a free breakfast.
The room is quite small
The shower doors were faulty and did not lock properly, so water spilled onto the floor.
I think it was a bit dusty, smells weird.
