The pool
Rooms were lovely and spacious, we had interconnecting with our children.

All - the hotel compound is very nice, clean and stylish. The pools are big and nice for kids. Overall atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The location is excellent - great restaurants "Carnivore" and perfect live music places "Fullmoon Bar" are just around the corner or a short walk away. The beds are great!!! Photo taken from our balcony added! We loved it here and will be back!
Only one thing: The bigger water slide has a 90 degree double twist that might work for smaller kids, but for larger teens and adults it's a bummer, as you get basically thrown forcefully against the second curve part of the slide. I hit my hip quite bad and our oldest son hurt his ankle a bit, so we decided to call it quits reg. sliding, even thought we are suckers for water slides, like the fast ones at water parks here... I'd recommend to the management to take out the 90 degree turns and add two slightly tamer 45 degree ones and then straight into the water. It would add more fun and make it a much safer slide. Also, the steps up get quite rusty, so I'd suggest to change to either stainless or other material for the stairs. However - this slide thing did not affect my overall score of 10 in any way. Just giving suggestions here.

The concept of having two bedrooms one above other
When asked for a glass of water at the reception, we were asked to buy a bottle.
While leaving early for a day out, we had no time for buffet breakfast. We asked for a container to carry one sandwich on the go, they denied saying take aways are not allowed.
Also, we prefer white towels, red/grey don't feel clean.
