The hotel was clean and in a good location, with well-kept grounds and comfortable beds. There were plenty of facilities and activities on offer, including archery, cooking classes, a gym and massages. The reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned daily.
The pool staff weren’t particularly friendly, and ordering food or drinks sometimes felt like an inconvenience to them, even when using the call-for-service button provided. Used plates and glasses were also left for too long before being cleared.
Although our room was cleaned daily, the towels were taken away without fresh ones being left, so we had to call for replacements.
In our ground-floor room, there was a prominent smell from the toilet/bathroom area that concerned us. The reception team kindly offered to move us, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the alternative room they showed us had the same smell.
We had a garden-view room, but the noise from nearby night markets, bars and clubs was quite loud. This is something to consider if you prefer quiet evenings or are travelling with small children.

The pool access room was excellent, and the location was quiet and peaceful while still being conveniently close to halal restaurants and the local market. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

This hotel is in a good location as a base for exploring the rest of Krabi.
I felt like I was at an upscale backpackers rather than a 4 star resort. We left early as we did not have enough space for our family of 5 in the connecting rooms we had booked, and I did not feel that the facilities lived up to the price we paid. Staff were nice but not super helpful when we tried to fix the situation. Mattresses were very firm. There was absolutely mo cupboard storage which was not ideal for a family staying for 5 nights. Overall not a great experience. If the price was half of what we paid it would jave met our expectations.
