Beautiful, well kept, cozy size. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything we needed. They did a great job with the housekeeping. The property is very nice and quiet.
It is far from town so can be a bit inconvenient to get back and forth from the property especially during busy times.

The staff were friendly and warm. The deck in our unit was probably one of the best as it was shaded and overlooked the pool. The gardens in the surrounding property were well maintained and very serene.
It is in desperate need of some maintenance. The bathroom sink kept plugging and was peeling away, the floorboards were separating, the entire unit was slanted so things kept falling over, the shower drain would clog everyday and generally the entire place was outdated and needed an upgrade. Daily cleaning seemed like it was the bare minimum, often times not even providing extra toilet paper or hand towels. If they spent half as much time maintaining the rooms as the gardens, it would be much better.

Nice pool and cosy porch! Good location if you have a car. We drove to Ao Nang market both nights for dinner.
Bathroom door is too small , you had to fiddle to open it and then squeeze yourself round the corner. No drawers or anything. The bathroom was cool but had a leg that stuck out and I stubbed my toe multiple times.
